DO NOT EXPECT A HOT AND READY TO BE AVAILABLE WHEN YOU WANT IT!! I go in different days and always before 8 pm. Tonight I went in to order an emb pepperoni…waited 14 minutes went inside and they were not able to find it. The woman pulls out a random pepperoni from someone else’s order and asked is this good enough?! Once I got home i tried the pizza and it was clearly old. I called and talked to the manager and he changed his story numerous times. At first he said it wasn’t a hot and ready item. I pointed out that the item is in fact on their menu in store. Then he proceeded to say that it is only Sunday through Thursday that it’s hot and ready. Just so everyone knows it is a Monday evening as I’m typing this. Never once have I had a good experience at this location. People almost always standing around socializing and being on mobile devices. I would go to a different location if there was one closer. Corporate needs to get on this location before they run the business name into the ground. *SEE PHOTO BELOW* This is an extra most bestest pepperoni at this location. At other locations when I have been traveling the pepperoni is covering the entire pizza.

So I ordered just pepperoni, and they thought I meant a pepperoni pizza. No, *just* pepperoni! So they served me my order, and it was delicious! Fresh pepperoni! Then I sat down outside, and some lady (she didn’t work there) came up to me and said that my outfit was ugly! I was wearing a yellow dress with blue cats on it, with a green top hat with parrot feathers, and brown cowboy boots. So I pulled her hair, she ran into the store, I beat her with the pizza box and was banned! Understandable, great service.

I am a huge fan of Little Caesars and their pizza portal and usually they’re fantastic. I had an experience recently where I ordered online, went to pick it up when I got the email and it wasn’t in the pizza portal. No one is behind the counter so I wait about 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter and tell them my pizza isn’t in the portal. They look it up and look around and there’s my pizzas sitting on the counter, cold by the time I make the 10 minute drive home. Pretty disappointing. After looking at other reviews I changed this to a 1 star because this seems to be a pattern.

Advertising a special that they do not honor. The employee refused to honor the special, told me that another customer got upset that they wouldn’t honor the same special to.I told the employee that at least they should take the sign down if they’re not going to honor it and she ignored it and shrugged It off while I assume to be a manager a male stood over her and did nothing about the issue also. I was fulfilling my grandkids Pizza wishes. Regardless we were going to have a good time and we did. I ordered a thin crisp bacon and cheese pizza which was hot and fresh and served with not fresh pepperoni and cheese pizza and cheese pizza smh. Management and customer service at its worst.Come on guys get it together your service and quality of food is what makes your paycheck because it keeps us coming back. I have over 1 million 400 Google reviews and less then 10 with NEGATIVE reviews. I’m a very positive person and point out the positives. This time no, I asked the cashier at least three times about honoring what their advertising not only her but management totally ignored me. I wasn’t making an issue because my grandchildren were there and honestly it was pointless because they wasn’t hearing it !
