The night manager refused to give me her name, walked away, gave me the peace sign, and told me to have a bless day. She was extremely unprofessional and didn’t care about how they inconvenience me and my family. The store forgot to put in the bag “40” out of “80” nuggets that we ordered. What makes my experience extremely inconsiderate, I asked the young lady when I picked up my order, could she PLEASE double check to make sure my order was correct. i explained that we placed a large order and I did not want to come back. However, after we got situated home and ready to eat, we realized that our order was SHORT and some of us were missing food. so as much I tried to prevent returning to the store, I had to double back to the store. Once I received my food, I asked the manager what about my inconvenience. The manager got snappy with me and told me she could only give me a cookie or a pie for my trouble. I thought suggesting a cookie for my inconvenience was super disrespectful and worst than cheating us out of food we paid for. I have no desire to buy from this McDonald’s, again!

Food was fine, but this used to be a friendly place. Went through the drive-thru tonight and didn’t get a single response from the order/payment window guy or the order delivery guy. Both seemed like they could not be bothered, or cared that I was even there. No Hello, no Welcome, no Thanks, not a simple Have a Nice Day. No attempt at all at customer service or engagement of any kind. Been going here for years, but will consider other options now.

This restaurant has gone downhill. They have blocked off the line of sight to the workers, who are frequently not at the cash register. If you order at the kiosk, it tells you all they have is “to go” items. This is the second time I have been there after 8, and there is no ice cream, shakes or Mcflurrys. I left without ordering – not that you would notice because nobody was around in the restaurant. If your profits are down, it’s because you have chosen not to do business.

I ordered through doordash. Got the food on time and everything was cold. The milkshakes didn’t looked mixed. The fries were cold and tasted like leftover fries. We ordered a double quarter pounder with a regular bun, no onion, pickle, mustard, and cheese. We got two hamburger patties, not even the regular quarter pounder patties, in a plastic container and nothing else. We called and spoke to a rude and unprofessional manager who told us that’s what we ordered and that they would not replace it tonight. It was the worst experience ever. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!
