I remember Como’s to be nice quiet place to enjoy a meal with a great friendly atmosphere, but today we went to dine at the establishment and wow it had changed, very poor customer service, waiters and waitresses were unfriendly looked angry, couldn’t get refills, burn’t bread which we had to ask for, had too also ask for salt, which never came had to go to other tables to ask to use the salt, no more ” can I help you” “thank you”, “smiles” nothing, serving were smaller, salad stale, and never came back with our refills. Just bad service all around. I hate to say but they lost a good customer today,

I’ve been coming here since I was little with my family and it never disappoints. Service is amazing and the environment is perfect for a calm dinner conversation with the family or maybe even a romantic night if that’s what you like. The food is delicious and the menu has a good variety. The portions are a bit big but I don’t mind because we can take leftovers home to enjoy another day.

I truly enjoy the atmosphere, service and food. The minestrone soup was delicious. The prices are very reasonable for a good tasty Italian meal, that will please the palette. It is one of the few Italian eateries that has Veal Parmigiano. The sauce on the Veal was very tasty and sauce is everything. Their coffee is awesome.

‘ ate here because friends, out-of-towners, saw great reviews? Where? Disgusting! How does this place still exist?! Super-dated dark, dungeon- like atmosphere. Old tables, chairs, and carpet. Had to use phone lights to read menu. Entrance door from parking lot into the abyss should have made us turn around, but did not want to rock the boat with friends who had suggested this God forsaken place. The Shrimp was cooked to rubber tire density, sauce is that of a Great Value brand, salad made from the core of iceberg lettuce, garlic bread made from bulillo or sub sandwich bread? blech!!! Appeared that children were working among appropriate-aged staff. Menu items are numerous, an indication of bad news. So much more can be said here… Somebody call Restaurant impossible!

Had the worst experience calling and trying to place an order. Called about three or four times trying to place an order for pick up, lady answers and says “como’s” and then promptly hangs up. We keep calling and she keeps hanging up on us until finally she lets us speak to her. Every time we spoke to her to order something she seemed so bothered and unwilling to help us. Eventually we completed the order and asked her if we could pick it up at 7:45, however she said they would already be closed at 7:30. On google, it says that they close at 8 PM on Friday’s. We’re pretty sure she just didn’t wanna bother with making our food, as if the hanging up on us wasn’t a clear sign of that either. Como’s has good food but we will not be going again if the service remains terrible. ZERO STARS!!!
