I was shopping at this Vineland Premium outlets, got tired of shopping and went to this Japanese fast food chain restaurant in the food court. They took our orders and cooked the main Entrees right in front of us. We ordered Chicken Teriyaki and beef Bento box. Foods were delicious. Great price.

Food is good but staff is so rude and incompetent. They forget stuff and are rude about it when you call and complain . They hang up the phone on you or just don’t pick up the phone at all and ignore you . Just rude. I spend too much money WEEKLY hundreds of dollars to be treated like this, I make 70% of everyone’s checks I deserve at least normals customer service nothing special just to atleast be heard and be attended to not ignored everytime I have to call more than 30 times (and no I’m not exaggerating I have the call log ) for someone to answer and 9/10 even if I call 50 times they just will keep hanging up and ignoring it

Rude check out clerk. I was in the middle of placing my order when a friend of hers walked up and interrupted speaking to the employee taking my order. It was in Spanish about personal things. I guess because I’m white they don’t think I speak Spanish. Rude of the friend, but worse the clerk started chatting with her and stopped taking my order. I was fed up with it so I took my order conversation back and continued my order louder. The friend tried speakng up, interrupting yet again. The clerk kept talking to her so I didn’t place the rest of my 5 meal order. Just 1 item instead. She lost you money. The gentleman making the food was polite and repeated my order after seeing her foul behavior. He earned the only star they get.

Negative star experience. I ordered on door dash, for pickup. I used maps to find them, at the address listed on both door dash and Google. There is no restaurant located there. I walked around trying to find them, nothing. I checked the outlet mall map, they weren’t listed. I did a Google search for their phone number. I called. They’d answer and immediately hang up. I contacted door dash support, and was issued a credit because SUDDENLY THEY WERE CLOSED and a reorder couldn’t be completed!!!! I wasted my ENTIRE LUNCH BREAK AND MY GAS!!! NO STARS FOR YOU!!!!
