It is a restaurant chain but Paninis are really good, I really like this place when I have to take a quick lunch and don’t want any burger or something like that. Be carefull with the size of the Paninis due are big, I’m a 220lbs and I’l be satisfied with the small, if I’m hungre I may order a medium one. Santa Fe Panini is really good, soups are good too. I recommend this place 100%

Very poor management. There was 7 people working and they were all on top of each other. If everybody stayed in their spot, things would operate smoothly. You’d think with that many people they’d find a way to make it work. Had a pickup order today and waited an extra 10 minutes for my food. Which left me only 10 minutes to enjoy my food because I came on break. I saw the manager yell at an employee for not doing something that would be the MANAGER’s job. When I got my food, the sandwiches were mislabeled, and mine was missing ingredients. Thankfully I got a refund from UberEats because I can’t rationalize spending almost $40 on overpriced, unfinished sandwiches that came with awful service.

8 employees. I made an online order. for 1:35. had to wait until 1:50 to get 2 panini’s. Manager boun ing around talking to employees. Employees pulling on aprons, talikg with each other while people wit to pay. 3 patrons, 8 employees. mismanaged and BTW not well made.

This review is based on takeout. Ordered a panini online and after tax/fees and 15% tip it came out to $19 for a single sandwich. I brushed it off thinking it would at least come with fries or something but no, it’s just the sandwich. It wasn’t even hot, just lukewarm. Honestly wish I could get a refund – way too pricey for a sandwich that was just average.

Hands down a great place to get a freaking awesome bute to eat. I had the Spicy BBQ pull pork panini and it was the Jalapeños with the seeds adds a great favor and texture. Im definitely come back here again.
