Came a week ago food was very good. Tonight the shrimp scampi was not. The first plate had a spicy sauce. I had them change it for a lemon and butter sauce. It had no garlic and tasted like they poured concentrate lemon over the plate.

The restaurant is really nice and clean. The staff were friendly. The food was amazing. I had the Blackened Chicken. It was great. The food was hot and fresh. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meals.The only thing stopping me from making it 5 stars is, the food didn’t all come out at the same time, it felt like we were eating in shifts.

Was a while entering it did take a few to be noticed and asked if we had be serviced, we decided for to-go since it was so packed, we waited the required 45+minutes for our food, i stood an additional time at the bar waiting to be asked to be serviced. We took our food, eager to eat. It was still pretty hot when arriving home so we were estatic about that. We thoroughly enjoyed the meals, even my picky eater was happy with his ravioli and sauce. I will definitely use this place for the coming holiday since the food is so good tasting and presentable at to-go.

We absolutely love Bibas, and order it almost every time we are at the lake. But this time was less than desirable. The food was great as always, but the customer service was not. When I went in I told them my name, and they told me it’d be out shortly. After standing there for around 20 minutes they asked what I ordered, and when I told her she said someone else accidentally got my order. The manager was notified, and when she came over to me she was less than kind. She essentially accused me of trying to pick up my order twice, because the person that did pick up my order specifically asked for the slice of cake. My order was a pizza and a slice of chocolate cake. She wanted to know how someone knew my order, knew to ask for the cake, and insisted on seeing my phone to see my order. Which I gladly showed her. She was just very hostile about the whole situation and informed me that next time they would need to see the order on my phone. Like it was my fault. She did have my pizza made and gave me my order. We will continue to eat at Bibas because we love the food that much, but come on. Do better.

Been here several times with great experiences but tried too place an order through their delivery partner tonight and was told via email twenty minutes after it was submitted it would take an hour and a half to complete. I tried to call the restaurant and was twice put on never ending hold. That’s not good service all the way around. I understand being busy but just not ever getting anyone on the phone and left hanging is disrespectful.

So unbelievably disappointed in this restaurants management when it comes to catering. If you do not want to do catering then why do you offer it? Spoke to Anna once she didn’t know if they could offer something I thought we needed. So I called back and she was busy , which is totally understandable but when I asked if she could call me tomorrow she said she could not that she could not call me back till sometime next week. When I asked if she had an idea of what day it may be she said she could not tell me. I understand people are busy and have other priorities, but if you dont have time to have a conversation with a potential catering job then that’s just sad maybe you need an assistant.
