I eat there often and it is going down hill quickly. Food was ok but soda machine has been out or down 2 to 3 times. Napkins were out then asked for them and only got 2 or 3 for 2 kids [that doesn’t work] in all I give then 1 start

We don’t stop by here very often, but I’m glad we did tonight. It was very clean inside and one of the fastest order to getting food times I’ve had in a long time. They did have to make us crinkle fries, but they were well worth the wait.

The food is generally on par here for Arby’s. No complaints about the food or the staff. I was stoked to see they finally offered mobile ordering. So I ordered via the app, waited til time for it to be ready and ran through the drive through like most any competitor of Arby’s and told them I had a mobile order. First, the girl tells me to pull around to the window. She then, as I’m rolling off says I have to come inside to pick up a mobile order. I laughed to myself thinking this can’t be serious. I could understand it were it the case that they were slammed but they literally had no other customers at the time. Nothing inside, nothing in the drive through. That said, I am unsure as to why Arby’s has adopted an offering that is years behind everyone else, but suffice it to say I just don’t feel I need to spend my money with Arby’s again until I see them start to mature a bit. I ordered a beef and cheddar with a regular bun, jalapeño bites and a sweet tea. It was all fresh and hot. The tea was good not bitter at all. I appreciate that. The customer service through the drive through was great and my order was quick, fresh and hot. Yes I would go back.
