Last time I Called in my order, I was told it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. I showed up 15 minutes later, that’s how long it takes to get there. They told me I had to wait 10 more minutes for one of my pizzas, while the other two pizzas sat in the warmer.

This was my first and last time ordering from this location. I ordered the ExtraMostestBestest Pepperoni Pizza and it was burnt. I should have listened to my husband when he told me it smelled burnt, while we were at the drive thru window. Why would employees sell someone a visibly burned pizza? It was good. they followed every thing I asked. In my house everyone is allergic too red gravy and my pizza s have to be made special they get 5 stars from me. A lot of little Ceasars are Laxadecical and not professional. I prefer theyre pizza than pizza hut but would always decide not to go because of the service. My kids and I eat here all the time but I did experience a horrible customer service interaction that I’ll never forget. The manager was so rude it was unbelievable. If you can’t be kind, you shouldn’t work with people. She should be fired. That’s my opinion but for the most part the employees have been pretty good at customer service and I’m sure they’d be better with a better manager. Being a manager doesn’t make you above customer service.

Missing the one being open on University interstate exit, I decided to stop by the Ponchatoula drive through.
