Ordered a pizza online on 08/13/23 at 11:20am. Got to Pizza Hut at 11:40am. Place was locked up. No signs of any employees inside. Disappointed with this as were other customers that arrived to pick up/order a pizza. Now I am stuck dealing with credit card company to void this credit card transaction.

Quite hot day and the cooling here awful. Felt bad for the employees who were trying their best to serve customers with a smile. Pizza was too oily and tasted like drenched in oil. Served fresh though.

I placed an order online and when I showed up to the location it was hot and ready. The man was really nice and professional. I found out that they no longer hand out packets of peppers or Parmesan, but you can buy cute little shaker bottles. Great location really close to my home.

As a truck driver it’s very difficult for us to find a place to get food. I tried calling the Pizza Hut location for almost 1 hour as I was driving towards Wickenburg to place an order. I finally found parking across the street while my phone was ringing I walked into the store not a single person in the lobby and the phone was just ringing and ringing and ringing. talk about customer service I asked the gentleman how come he doesn’t answer the phone and he said that it was easier to get online orders so I proceeded to tell him that it was me on the phone that I have been calling you for the past hour. I placed an order respond pepperoni pizza that should have taken 10 to 15 minutes. Now I know not to ever call the store possibly taking my business elsewhere

Placing my order on line the app would not allow me to finish the purchase without leaving a tip. Who requires a tip when the customer picks up the order themselves at the store! Crazy! Never seen that before.

Was going through Wickenburg and stopped for lunch they open at 11am it was 1:30pm and the doors were locked and not a soul in the store. There was 3 customers outside waiting as they already placed orders and was waiting to pick it up . Horrible customer service. How do you accept orders when no one is even in the store to work it. For the 1 pizza place in this little town you would expect it to be open. Better off closing it down !!!
