I was glad to finally see a business fully staffed, it’s been a long time. However the staff is young and haven’t been properly trained. That chicken should have never made it to that box, I received. I went inside to speak with the manager, who never even came to speak with me. A nice young man brought me my receipt, I was told my money was back on my card. Wow

Waited a little over 15 for some fries. Cashier kept cutting us off as we were ordering in the drive thru. Our order was given to us incorrectly. We were the only car in the drive thru at the time, but yet we still had to “pull forward” I guess to protect their drive time as if they service these cars that fast. Not to mention they do not open in time.

We love Bojangles. This visit was over the top. The biscuits were so fresh, light warm and fluffy, and the steak was fresh out of the fryer. This was not fast food. It was on par with any sit down restaurants prepared food. They set the bar high for any of their other locations. Very clean, even the restrooms. Friendly service.

If I could give no stars, I would. Went through drive thru and was told no sweet tea and no bo berry biscuits. Ordered drinks with no ice they both had it. Got to window only to see the employees playing basketball with trash. I clearly see why there was no sweet tea. Didnt want to make it! Was told to pull forward to which we waited 20mins. Brought rest of order with no sauce that I paid extra for and when asked about it employee turned around and went inside. Got out my car and went inside for it. Employee that ignored me outside was hiding from me. Another employee tells me i did not order an extra honey mustard and it would be a charge. Who would know what was really charged because I wasn’t given a receipt when I paid. Will be calling corporate! RIDICULOUS!

It is 8:17. Any other BoJo would’ve been open for 2 hours. This one is closed. They’re so inconsistent it’s pathetic. Show up when you think they absolutely SHOULD be open and they aren’t. This is literally one of the only decent places to eat in Elizabethtown (even with regular restaurants) and they can’t even maintain a regular schedule. Look, if it happened once or twice, whatever. But as long as this place has been open, it shouldn’t be hard to figure out a way to bring employees in when you’re supposed to be open. Get your act together. This is embarrassing.

Have come to this place several times and been disappointed time after time. This morning the place is “open” but nobody to take my order at the drive through. Lady mouthed to me that they are “not open yet” through the window. Time on the window clearly has hours posted and should have opened 20min ago. Small town, but an embarrassment for Bojangles everywhere. (Last time I came, we waited 15min for an order after pulling forward; they forgot about us!) Also… The sweet tea is not really sweet. They have a lot to work on for sure! We’ll try again in a few months, but for now, we will be going elsewhere.

Ordered on the app got the alert that the order was ready I parked and checked in with the app and on the email I was sent saying my order was ready. 25 minutes later I walked inside and asked about my order they asked for my name and then went and started making my order. She then told me I wouldn’t be receiving a large drink even though I ordered and paid for a large because they were out of lids. She did ask me if I wanted anything else in place of the large drink because I paid for it but said she would have to get a mangers approval first I told her I had waited long enough at this point. After waiting 45 minutes for the food only to find out my sandwich wasn’t made correctly I paid extra for it to be made into a club and add bacon and cheese and there was none. She didn’t offer an apology or any kind of compensation she only said that she didn’t know I was outside waiting on my order because their tablet wasn’t hooked up and they didn’t get an alert about be being there even though I was sitting right outside the drive up window and I saw several employees look out and point at my truck. Very disappointed
