Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Food was inedible. Fries were cold rubber, the “baconator” (pictured) had bacon bits, the Dave’s single had tomato skin and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Zero customer service from the point we ordered until we got the food.

The hefty bald/shaved headed manager may be the worst customer service person in the food industry. It’s clear he is miserable and doesn’t want to be there so he takes it out on the customers and it clearly trickles down to the other employees. I absolutely cannot stand hearing “you’re good” from him, when I finish ordering. You are a grown man, act like it at work. I’m a stranger and a customer, treat me with respect not like one of your buddies.

I have always liked Wendy’s but I have to say that I was less than impressed with the food the last time I visited. The Single burger was dried out and the fries were nowhere near fresh. On a more positive note, my girlfriend’s Classic Chicken sandwich was actually very good.

i couldn’t believe the treatment i’ve got this morning over the drive thru. First i was being rushed while giving my order, and the employee taking my order was acting like i was bothering her. i pulled up to the window i asked if there’s syrup in the bag she said yes, i noticed they forgot my fry’s since i ordered the combo. by the time i look up to ask about my fry’s the employee was no where to be found she was in the back so i beeped my horn waited beeped again and still no one to come to the window. i ended up having to drive all the way around to the intercom again. i told her i ordered the combo she said no i didn’t, i know for sure i did because i even gave a QR code ($2 off breakfast combo) and it wasn’t working BECAUSE SHE DIN’T PUT MY ORDER IN AS A COMBO. instead of apologizing for not hearing me she started to yell at me disrespectfully (she barely spoke english) yelling that i have to pay for the fry’s when i told her i don’t mind paying for them because i’m ALREADY RUNNING LATE. To top it off i checked for my syrup in the bag while waiting for my fry’s AND SHE HAD GAVE ME A BAR B Q SAUCE NOT THE SYRUP ♀️ if i can give this Wendy’s a Zero stars i would! Worst experience i’ve had in any fast food place i’ve ever been to in my entire life!

we are heading up to the drive through to get breakfast at 10:20, we are asking for the food we want and they don’t put it down. we ask for our food and rudely, they change the menus and say “we are changing menus in 2 seconds” at 10:26. (breakfast ends at 10:30 and we came before that.)

I’m going back in to get a refund because one of the drive through employees gave me the wrong sandwiches and was very rude. I called to let them know and the employee keeps hanging up on me. I’ve worked in fast food before for a long time and this is unacceptable. Please grow up.
