Called for a coffee and I was rushed over the phone. Then I arrive and the person I spoke to said, “I had customers so I didn’t take your order” I had zero extra time which is why I called so I had to leave with nothing. This location is very unreliable.

If i could give this place no stars i would. I went there this morning and ordered an order of bacon and cheese roll ups and munchkins. Just one order. She gave me my total and i thought it was kind of high but i had never had the roll ups so wasn’t sure of the menu price. So i hear one of the workers say “it’s just one order” and the 2nd worker responded in her language which obviously i couldn’t understand but got the hint that she had charged me twice so i ask for the receipt and she hands it to me and sure enough i was double charged for the roll ups! They both knew and was just gonna allow me to pay extra for their misunderstanding and not say a word. They gave me my $4 i was overcharged but had no intentions of saying anything or being honest and giving me back what i was owed for the overcharge but instead they thought i would never notice.

I did curbside pickup since I didn’t have a mask and my sleeping baby was in the car, the person inside didn’t even bother to look to see if I was there. After 10 minutes of waiting and trying to call the store I finally just went inside to get my order. I wanted to follow Covid safety guidelines by not going in without a mask but I had to put my shirt over my face instead. My food was cold but my coffee was great, Med Iced Caramel Latte with Oat milk.

Employees talk very loudly over you in a different language, no signs of common courtesy or respect for the customer. They then get visibly frustrated when you refuse to order the 2 for 5 bagel sandwiches. I repeatedly told the woman I do not want 2 for 5 and she shook her head from left to right abruptly and yelled at her co worker in a different language. Learn some manners!!

Your coffee is very good I got admit sometimes it’s better than Starbucks in a lot cheaper. The only problem is is they lock the bathrooms a lot of times now because they have so many homeless people going in there to go to the bathroom. Sometimes you just got to go and it’s before you go by your coffee. I don’t understand why businesses don’t allow customers to use bathrooms like they used to. It might be the lack of respect that the customers have for the bathrooms to. I remember going into places all the time when I was a kid and you could go to a bathroom anywhere now it’s very rare.

This place was bad. Me and my friend repeated our order twice and the lady got it wrong. we asked for a Charlie drink. She gave us a chi tea 2 times. She would not even give us the the drink or a refund.
