Not only did they get my order wrong, my bagel bites were frozen which I ordered 4 sets of, mine and my husband’s large lattes were half full with the rest of the cup being foam. With it being a Monday at almost 12pm you’d think they’d have a better stock of things. Almost everything we ordered had to be substituted because they claimed they didn’t have it. So disappointing

Place is horrible the lady that took my order had it all wrong then I asked her to fix it at the window and she grabbed it from my hand and just came back with my coffee filled with creamer all because she wanted to be lazy! Then I had 3 hashbrowns smached in my bag… so I decided to call the manager and the lady said he won’t be in today how can I help you… I said nevermind I’ll just call back when he gets in and then she hollers for someone and says here and this man got on phone and said I’m the assistant manager!!!!! So she lied from the beginning about no manager being there! This place is horrible employees are rude and the food was unpresentable will never be back!!!

When I left the drive thru my drink felt a little light… well this is why!! Half full coffee!! The foam took up most of the cup, to tell how much coffee was actually in it I had to stir it around….and this is a large that costs $6…. I always regret coming here and once again I gave it a shot but definitely will not go back now. Stay away…pick literally any other coffee place but this location.
