Won’t honor coupon from East High School. Saying they’re not for their location, stated they location on the back and gave the coupon code, then “that doesn’t sound right”, I told them I just bought it and it expires in 2024. Then after arguing back and forth “they’ll honor it this time, but carry out only”. I always seem to have issues at this store. After all that, I’m pretty sure my food wouldn’t be good. No thanks. Anybody want some coupons that may or may not get rejected ?

This was actually better than I expected. Haven’t had PJ’s for years after a bad experience out of state and I’ve been missing out. Accommodated my request for light sauce. Crust was light and fluffy just how I like it. Cheese tasted great. Meatballs a bit spicy for me (sensitive palette) but still delicious. Only issue I had was my garlic butter was refrigerated so I had to pop it in the microwave 15 seconds to get it thin and dip friendly. Staff was nice despite my late order so thank you for that. I’ll definitely be back!

Third attempt to try to get my order corrected and this is how my pizza was delivered to me. I wish I would’ve known before I tip the driver very well I would’ve had him just take this order and refund me my money but apparently they’re not allowed to do so they can try again for the fourth time

Such bad service I asked about a specific pizza I saw on tv the only ad for papa johns I have seen in awhile and the cahsier barks at me witch one so I start trying to describe the kind if pizza itbis and she barks at me yet again witch one and just looked at me as if I know more about the papa johns pizzas selection then she did so I left absolutely would not recommend anyone stop here for pizza!!!!!!

The pizza was on point and the staff went above and beyond. They were so nice and inviting it felt like family! Everyone should go eat there today keep them super busy! ordered the “works” medium size. Once received opened the box and sow little more than just cheese for toppings…not an incorrect order mind you, simply poorly made. I could count the peperoni slices using just one hand. Same goes for ALL the other topping that are supposed to be on a “works” pizza. Nothing like the pizza normally get from Papa Johns Pizza. Sorely disappointed.

We ordered a large all meat no pepperoni add onions to one half and pineapple on the other, and we also got some Oreo bites with extra frosting. Our order was perfect, hot, and it arrived fast! Couldn’t be more pleased! I’ll be ordering again for sure! Kudos to the Pueblo team!

They canceled my order with no attempt at contacting me (other than email). I have worked in customer service for 4 decades and this is not how customers should be treated. I guess loyalty and respect are concepts of the past. I will never spend another penny with Papa Johns. Bad form folks!
