Very poor costumer service the girl at the drive through was rude as we ordered through the drive through. We ordered 3 small shakes. 2 strawberry malts and 1 reeses blizzard. We did not get the malts and we got a butterfinger blizzard. Very upsetting due to one child has allergies that does not allow her to eat butterfingers. (Celiac). Thank God we caught the error. Poor service like this could have landed our child very Very Ill on vacation. Management should educate their staff to prevent errors like these that could have a small child ill for days.

Not suprising the rating is so low. Passed through on June 28th, 2023 and ordered burger with no mustard, tator tots, and waited 30 mintues in the drive through, fries instead of TT, and mustard in the burger. Make sure you order exactly the opposite of what you want at this DA location. Don’t bother with the form letter response!!!

Was some good food, mostly cause it was fresh and hot, not cold, service was good, and quick, every time I pass through alpine I stop here from time to time and they are always busy so theh have good food. From 11 am to around 1:30 pm they pretty busy. But good was worth the wait for me.

Dairy Queen- My visit here at this DQ was basic. I rarely come to Dairy Queen in Alpine because the service is really slow, the food is pricy, and the place is not sanitary at all. I like the blizzards though! Save your receipt, do an online survey and get a free dilly bar.

Screwed up my order twice and then said if I wanted my hamburger done right, I’d have to pay for another burger! Rude chubby girl identified herself as “manager” but refused to give me her name. Became loudly belligerent. I left. Been to many DQs over the last 50 years and have never had my order screwed up like that or been treated so nasty. Avoid the DQ in Alpine, TX!

I ordered 3 combos burgers and the only thing that was right was the french fries. The belt buster had only one meat Patty. The jalitos burger had no jalitos. The bacon cheese burger did not have bacon or cheese. SMH. How hard is it to make 3 burgers?
