5 months ago I went and enjoyed EVERYTHING about Panda! I went yesterday and the girl with a heart face tattoo was extremely rude.. made us feel uncomfortable to even order. We get to the register the lady charges us 13$ for a medium side entree. I asked for siracha and the lady up front could not even speak English but was being very rude stating they only had honey mustard or soy sauce the food was dry and disgusting I will be calling as soon as they open to get a refund on MY $40 I SPENT FOR NOTHING

It is totally understandable that the economy is affecting us, but it does not have to affect the portions that come on the plate, for that you are making a payment, now if they want to go up on the plate or raise it, but with good portions…I ordered The takeaway dish at the time I was checking the order, it didn’t come from a fortune cookie, it didn’t come with hot sauce, it didn’t come with soy sauce and when I asked about all that, I’d better have asked about the person’s attitude. Hours show that the dinning area close at 10:30, yet going at 9 PM on a Saturday night and the dining room was closed, floors mopped, and chairs on tables. I get closing early, but it’s ridiculous to close an hour and a half early, but still allow people inside to pick up food only. The register girl said she didn’t have enough people because some called out, yet she was up front, 1 was in drive thru, 3 were cooking, and someone was cleaning the bathrooms. Seems like you have plenty of people to close early. What a garbage location.

Long wait even after ordering online. Was 15 minutes later than promised. Forgot white rice on one of the orders, and no teriyaki sauce on two of the orders. Small portions, not impressed. Need to fix this if this is your new normal.

Ordered some food from here and ended up with a worm in my family’s food. Worst part is that we didn’t notice it until our son started eating the food. My wife called the Panda Express and one of the managers by the name of Richard Umbarger stated that we or the Uber driver tampered with the food. That worm looks well cooked to me
