I don’t understand what is wrong with this place. Papa John’s is always our go to, but lately this location has gone downhill. Tonight when I recieved my order, in two separate boxes, there were smashed garlic sauce containers. They had spilled all over the box. I paid for the sauces. Normally they don’t even bring them! But this time they put smashed and half open containers in my boxes.They would of had to already been that way! The pepperoni pizza was slopped together and barley cut. Thhe Garlic bread and other pizza was completely drenched in garlic sauce. Incredibly disappointed with this place. I’m including a picture of exactly how the sauces looked. I only took them out of the boxes. They were smashed and spilled.

We love Papa John’s but the manager at this location (Portland ) is rude. I ordered on the app and I got a large cheese and large pepperoni. Paid two different prices. Got both cheese. When I called he was so rude and told me to come back so I could look at recipe on his end that says 2 cheese. Even the ticket they print and put on the box says pepperoni. He refused to make it right or offer a refund of the difference I paid. Won’t be ordering again from this location.

OMG!, WOW! Portland’s Papa John’s is Papa WOW!!!! Dinner decisions, let alone most meal times are difficult, but this particular location I would definitely order from. The Pizzas were delivered fresh, hot and really awesome on delivery! There weren’t any issues with the presentation, pizzas were intact and SO DELICIOUS!!!!! Yes, there’s other pizza options but why insult your taste buds….whether ordering online or calling…. your tummy will thank you!!!! Fantastic! Delicious! Delightful delivery! Now, all you have to do is….which yummy will you pick?!? Enjoy!!!!!!

I placed an order this evening (2/24/2023) and one item was wrong. I called the store and the customer service was FANTASTIC!! They replaced my incorrect item and had it delivered to my house within 10-15 min of me calling and letting them know! The drivers are ALWAYS so nice! Good customer service is hard to come by these days but Papa John’s killed it tonight!

Had to give 1 star in order to rate. I ordered pizzas a 100.00 worth, and two of the pizzas were messed up the toppings were swapped around when I inspected them at pick up and I politely said that two of them were incorrect and I was told that was the way I ordered them by a very young manager(it was 6:30pm)i think he had only been there a little while as high school had probably only been dismissed a few hours prior!! I know who eats what and I would not have ordered them that way as I am one of The Who’s so the very young manager wanted to argue with me about it instead of maybe working something out. So instead Papa John’s in Portland Texas took a loss as I will never order from them any longer and no this is not the first time I have had issues with this particular place. I will also encourage friends,family and anyone thinking about ordering from this particular one to go elsewhere. There are 5 other Papa John’s in Corpus yes it’s a little bit of a drive but when that is your favorite pizza you will drive a bit!! Also there are other places, Pizza Hut, Domino’s and so forth!!

Ordered it before I left my apartment and was told it would be ready in 12 minutes so I get there in 14 minutes and then the girl who took my order asked everyone else who took my order even though I told her that she took it. She asked the manager to come up to the register and I showed her my phone and I showed her the phone log saying what time I ordered it. She said that nobody took the order so I had to repeat my order to the manager 5 times so she could start the order. She said she would get it started right away 25 minutes later and 6 customers after my order they got theirs before mine I finally got mine. I will never recommend anyone to order from that store ever
