Place has always been perfect except for tonight. Placing a delivery order, new guy Flynn takes the order. Flynn was super great, friendly tone, wanted to help, just got a little confused at one point which I feel would have been easy to resolve (plus we were very patient, he’s new and needs to learn). Someone named Lisa clearly jerked the phone out of his hand to verify the address which was already given, mispronounced my clearly easy name, and wanted to retake the order. I said Flynn was doing fine and said to put him back on the phone. He took the order again with ease and it was placed. Lisa needs to learn some tact. Flynn is the kind of employee you want working there. I’m sure the pizza will be great.

I came in after the theater to get a take out pizza. The pizza was wonderful. The person that waited on me was nice. But I had no where to sit while waiting on my pizza. It was about an hour before they closed and all the chairs were up on the tables so I had to stand while my pizza was prepared and cooked.

Tried a regular 1 topping pizza with pepperoni and a thick crust 1 topping pizza with chicken and both were delicious! Ordering online was quick and easy and they had great deals on the website.

With so many pizza places to chose from in the area including all the grocery stores, we have never been to this place or given it a try until today. We had a large two topping pizza well done for $8.99 including optional toppings and dipping sauces (garlic butter – YUM) and a large Italian Sub for $9.99 w/ pick up. You can order online or in-app and sign up for rewards that give you $10 after spending $100. Now to the BEST part. The food is trackable and ready in under 20 minutes, clean restaurant w/ quick and easy pickup or curbside, and boy can I tell you it was phenomenal. Do y’all selfs a favor and get over to Marco’s in Carthage, NC next to ACE.
