I got to wait 25 minutes in a Drive-Thru line, to be handed ice cold coffee with about five splendas in it (I asked for one). When I requested a new coffee, I had to wait another few minutes and was given room temperature coffee and again, multiple splendas. The lady handed me the coffee and walked away.
