Hidden gem with awesome pizza. The best pizza I’ve had since I moved to southern Maryland 3 years ago. Best part is the hand made, hand tossed dough. It’s crispy and chewy at the same time and has great flavor. All ingredients were fresh and tasted great. It’s around 10 miles from route 5 but wel worth the detour.

Don’t let the small size and “off the beaten path” nature of this place fool you. You wouldn’t expect such a small place to pack such huge flavors in their food but this place does it. Family run, these guys work hard to get the food out quick. The pizza is off the hook good. Without a doubt the best in the tri-county area. The steak and cheese subs are awesome as well. Open for breakfast as well but I haven’t been here for that yet.

Best food anywhere made with love and care and special attention. The pizzas are hand-tossed dough homemade and homemade sauce. Excellent. The Steak Subs are marinated top round. In the albacore tuna on wheat toast is my favorite. And it saves your wife from slaving over a hot stove. Two thumbs up Ralph

I stopped in yesterday evening and they had burritos as their Special. Wow… they make an excellent burrito. I’m a big Chipotle fan and the burrito I had here was on par. Excellent. I’ve had their pizza before too and it’s also outstanding. This is a great place.

Great pizza, 9 inch with up to 3 toppings for $5–dough and sauce made on site and tastes awesome. Grilled BBQ chicken sandwich and steak and cheese sandwiches were also delicious!

Our family has had the pizza (plain, pepperoni) three times and enjoyed the pies every single time. The crust is handmade – not thin – crisp on the edges and soft inside. The sauce reminds me of marinara – there are chunks of vegetables like tomato and onions. The edge gets a dusting of herbs, which gives added flavor. The large pizza is enough to feed a hungry family of four. We can’t wait to try the other lunch items at this family-owned restaurant. Reindeer Grill is only 15 minutes from Brandywine Crossing, which is where we do a lot of our weekend shopping.

The food is pretty good, but you literally never know when they’ll be open. We live only 7-8 minutes from this restaurant and were happy to finally see a restaurant out here in the middle of nowhere that you could grab a pizza from on a Friday night without having to drive into Waldorf yuck . But ppl are busy and you need to be open when you say you are, don’t take advantage because your thinking you can do what you want because your the only show in town. You never know who SOMEONE else knows… I used to send a lot of people to reindeer grill because I loved that it was family owned and opporated and sometimes their kids are in there and I thought that was really cute, BUT, If you aren’t consistent with your hours people just will not come! It’s as simply as that! The people I have sent there said it was unfortunate because they drove there and and it wasn’t open even though it was their hours of opporation. Why waste my time driving there to never be sure if someone’s there or not?!?? I got into the habit of checking online so see if it was still during hours of opporation online it says they’re open but you get there, they aren’t!! It’s rude this is a small community and the message it sends is that you don’t give a damn about our time our business, or about doing what you say you’ll do. Get it together. Reindeer grille really did have everything it took to be a solid treasured hole in the wall that locals want to keep secret..almost like one of those places that diners drive in and dives show up to. But they’re too flaky to ever get there. I love this community and I was seriously rooting for this place I know I sound crazy and anyone who reads this is probably thinking lady why do you care so much, But I have family that has been in this town for generations and see a small family open this adorable little restaurant with their blonde headed babies made my heart swell. I don’t know maybe the owners are independently wealthy and They don’t really care if reindeer grill has to shut the doors. but I can tell you having been born into a family that’s had multiple small businesses running for many many years before I was alive, and they’re still going strong. This place won’t last if they don’t follow the basic rules of business…the Three C’s CONSISTANTY CONSISTANTY CONSISTANTY. In the mean time please some one legit open a cute ma pa hole in the wall around here. This area needs that, reindeer grille isn’t the answer. 🙁
