First visit in quite some time but going mid-day you won’t find much to offer so it pays to go early a.m. I did manage to get 7 of my favorite donuts! Yippee! However the other types of donuts were all gone, but I was very satisfied with what I did get .

Ordered through the app for pick-up but when I got there I was told they didn’t have any of the donuts I ordered apart from one type so that was already disappointing but all in all not a huge deal. What was a bigger deal was that they were stale, two of them had wet spots (???) and one of the jelly Donuts had a SIX INCH DARK HAIR baked into it… and there were about 3 inches of it sticking out of the Donut and clearly visible so I’m not exactly sure how that was missed when they were putting it into the box… We ended up throwing the whole box away. This was my first time at a Dunkin Donuts in over 7 years and definitely my last, especially given that other locations seem to have even worse ratings than this one

Anytime I’ve ordered from them through GrubHub, my order is wrong. I assume it’s because they either aren’t paying attention or because they’re out of what I ordered; the “replacement” for whatever they get wrong is always a little similar to what I ordered. For example, I ordered a croissant stuffer, but they sent a plain croissant; I ordered a cinnamon roll, but they sent a coffee cake muffin. My husband has ordered delivery for his team at work, and the order is always wrong. That’s not the delivery service, it’s whoever is filling the order. Other reviews are calling out the poor service you’ll get if you go inside, and I’ve had the same experience. Drive thru seems to be the only viable option.

Mobile order ahead choice walk in, unable to walk in. Must wait in long car line. Employees are rude. Could have placed a sign at the door if you don’t want to deal with customers. In turn get watered down iced coffee that had been ordered 30 min prior.

Went to order munchkins and was asked if I wanted one flavor or a mix. Ordered a mix, and only received two flavors. Was also asked if I had a mobile order at the window as if they didn’t know what I ordered legit minutes ago. Very confused. I haven’t been here in a while and I’m very disappointed that they didn’t have any others as well as they didn’t seem all that together. They literally had glazed and unglazed and that was it. Guess I’m gonna have to try a different Dunkin from now on. Hopefully they get better.

I’ve been to a lot of DD, but this one always makes my iced coffee right! None of the others around Tampa or Brandon ever make me happy. The employees are very nice, even though they are always super busy! Kudos to the management!

I hadnt been to dunkin for many years, and today i spontaneously came in for a breakfast sandwich and was pleasantly surprised with the price and how well it tasted. The person at the register greeted me when i walked in and was pretty friendly. There was a bit of a line, but that isnt their fault. 7/10

Placed a mobile order and when I arrived waited 30 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches. I repeatedly asked where my food was since it was already payed for. After waiting the cook threw a bag at me which was then the wrong order. After complaining the manager proceeded to yell at him for making orders after I placed mine. A full lobby heard this. Then she grabbed my food finally and handed it to me and walked away. Not an apology or attempt to make it right. The man at the front register was the only one with a pleasant attitude. Needless to say if you want your order go through drive through or any other Dunkin location.
