I think this is the first time I have ever been cheerfully greeted at a Chipotle. The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. The food was perfectly prepped and laid out for us. We were checked in on a few times and always with a happy tone and genuine concern. We will definitely be coming back here for Chipotle in the future!

Went to this chipotle today for lunch and the female Latin employee was outside on her break and instantly greeted me upon arrival! I ordered my food and she came back in and rang me up. Was very genuine and friendly! She even gave me a complimentary drink. As i ate inside i watched her interact with everyone and she gave the same genuine and friendly energy! She’s exactly what i needed to have a great rest of my day and i hope she sticks around! I will definitely be back just to chat with her. Hispanic with a medium length dark colored braid!

There is the nicest lady that always takes great care of me and my friend Sara! I need to catch her name next time! But she’s always there, and she makes us feel soooo welcome and she puts a smile on my face every time I go! Also the steak is always well done, just how I like it!!!!

Went in to pickup up my order at 9:35 pm and all the doors were locked and the employees smiled and watched us try to open the doors in the pouring rain. Very unhappy with the service do better chipotle.

I go to different Chipotles around town almost once a week. I was quite tired and worked 10 hours today, and not thinking I leaned on the glass while my food was made. The person making my burrito, without looking up, tells me “Don’t lean on the glass, it’s company policy.”

I get a very simple order of 4 mini cheese quesadillas every time I go to most chipotles and I don’t pay more than $13 for my entire order. They tried to charge me for 4 kids meals, and when I asked about it the supervisor got snarky about the other chipotles and said that they were doing it wrong. The price fluctuates depending on the chipotle because it’s an unusual order but they always understand I’m not ordering 4 kids meals and it would be unfair to charge me for it. I would have paid $20 for four mini cheese quesadillas. That’s more than double the price for a bowl for considerably less food.
