Just your average pizza chain place, but something blue was baked into my pizza yuck! I added pictures. Okay update: the manager was gracious and wonderful to work with. It was a piece of rubber glove. Because of her professionalism I’m changing the one to a four star. Sometimes customer service deserves a chance.

Had 4 pizzas “extra most bestest.” I ate 2 slices of pizza before I completely lost my appetite. The pizza had NO sauce at all and the cheese was sparse. Not to mention the fact that they were overcooked. Probably due to the lack of toppings. Huge waste of money. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

Slow customer service, never uses the pizza portal for online orders. Have to wait forever to get the pizza you order online, because there is only one person working the register. And even though you were on time, pizza is cool because they don’t store it properly in their pizza portal thing. Fourth time this has happened, I don’t know why I expect things to change.

I was very disappointed in the service. My whole order was cold and not put at least in the warmer till I got there. The crazy bread was so thin and over cooked my toddler was chewing on it like a dog and still couldn’t enjoy any of it. All the pizzas were cut wrong and poorly made I feel I definitely did not get the moneys worth I had spent on this order. My whole family was disappointed how everything turned out.

The service and atmosphere is OK but while they were getting our pizza, we noticed that the cashier was getting someone else’s pizza, without washing their hands after touching the money the pizzas not bad, but I do not recommend it and they were touching the actual pizza and not just the box so if your hungry and looking for something don’t come here and just go to McDonald’s or something also the pizzas not that good at all and if they gave me cardboard, I’d be happier

so I got my food quickly, which is great, compared to my other two visits- but as soon as I started eating, I realized the two pizzas I ordered had no tamato sauce at all!! And thats what makes a pizza, a pizza! I’m extremely disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again for pizza.

If you ever think about buying pizza from here DONT!! I called and called on the 25 and 26th not only did the mobile app not update because they didn’t confirm my order was ready but when I finally got a hold of someone “Aracely” said that I needed to return the 2 day old pizza to get a refund? Who keeps old pizza around? I asked for GM no response and when I asked for corporate number she said 1-800– which is a lie I had to call another location to get the info. I called back and said I need your supervisors number and she acted like she couldn’t hear me and put me on hold!!! I understand that I’m not paying top dollar but wow! Horrible experience it deserves no stars but I have to give it one!!
