I don’t know what happened to this place. It was a great place to go but recently it has fallen on poor service, poor food yet the prices have really gone up. I ordered a Ceasar Salad with grilled chicken, chicken was seasoned heavily with Montreal Chicken seasoning which was ok, the lettuce was sparce and old, not crisp at all, the plate came with Texas Toast but it was thinly sliced white bread that was over buttered. The salad was mostly made up of crutons. The service was crazy slow with the server spending most of her time with the kitchen staff trying to organize orders while ignoring the entire restaurant. It was not busy. I will try it again in a few months. Sorry but this was just disappointing.

Went for the first time recently since covid began. Cannot begin to describe how truly awful it’s become. We ordered wings as an appetizer, and they were still FROZEN in the center! The burgers we ordered were all extremely dry and overcooked, and there was maybe a small handful of lukewarm fries for each of us. I recently learned that a new owner purchased the restaurant, which could definitely explain why it fell off so much

Got 3 tacos…and dessert. Actually two desserts. Their peanutbutter pie and carrot cake are amazing! Big pieces!The carrot cake has a lot of frosting. Next time, I’ll skip the tacos.

We stopped on a Wednesday evening, and found a somewhat busy restaurant. One server that we believe is the current owner. Service was a tad slow, but we were in no hurry. We ordered burgers which were really good. The service is not as good as it was with the previous owner. Not sure if it’s a shortage of help or if the new owner is just trying to save a few bucks.

Saturday BBQ… Half rack of ribs tasted old.. they were not fresh. Good Mac and cheese and decent beans and rice… Place looked and felt grubby… Not worth the money I spent. Won’t go back and I’m a local.

Found fly eggs/maggots in the middle of my burger after eating half of it. Absolutely DISTURBED AND DISGUSTED. “Best burgers in town” is a joke. Do not go to this place unless you want contaminated infected food. Mind you I’m 8 months pregnant. I don’t want to know how unsanitary they are handling the rest of the food in the back. The bathrooms were dinghy, dirty, smelled awful, and the sink didn’t drain as I was washing my hands. The chairs were HEAVILY stained and looks like they haven’t throughly cleaned the place in months. This place is absolutely disgusting. I already have the health department on this place.
