We were very happy with our Delicious Sicilian Pizza! Everything was cooked perfectly.. We added pepperoni and extra cheese and it was still a great price! I attempted to order online for the 20% off that they advertise, but Sicilian was not on their online menu. I explained that to the person over the phone, but they simply stated that it should be and I still had to pay full price. I didn’t ask for the 20% off, but I work in customer service and feel that it should’ve still been honored. To each their own – Pizza was still Delicious and We had Happy Tummies!

My own fault. I keep giving them a chance. The pizza is always so undercooked even with well-done instructions that I can’t even pick it up without everything falling off of it because it’s so soft. Everyone is always very nice. I’ve never had any issues with the people, however, I do not recommend ordering gluten-free from here. It’s not worth the price.

Worse pizza joint in years. Years ago..this pizza restaurant was the cream of the crop. Now a-days..the owner should emphasize on workers that know how to cook and/ or wait on customers. Hire pizza managers from this country..not from Ukraine or Turkey. Cannot understand them..no speak English. Hey Tony…stick with 2 or 3 pizza joints…quit buying new restaurants that you can’t control or oversee. Here’s a word….Franchise

I asked for them to deliver our pizzas lightly cooked this isn’t the first time this keeps happening. I called one of the guys answered said he was one of the managers he said we didn’t deliver to u. I told him they did but obviously he didn’t know what he was doing so he said district manager was there I waited on the phone for him for over 20 mins. I give up with this place obviously it’s management is the problem.

Twice now, an online, take-out order was estimated to be ready in 30 minutes, but I was instead left waiting over an hour for it. Also, both times, they forgot a major part of the order and I had to return to get the missing dish/pizza. The restaurant staff have a very cavalier, uncaring attitude. They take forever, are completely unapologetic, and make zero effort to rectify mistakes promptly.

These guys are amazing. I had left my wallet when I came to pick up my food and the manager offered to allow me to come back the next day to pay for it since it was so close to closing. Ended up getting a card number to use but never have I seen someone go so far above and beyond. Plus the food is great.
