Love this place for freshness but raw oysters are not properly shucked. I will no longer order them again. ☹️☹️☹️ Expect enormous amounts of shell and sand! Idk who tf shucks them, but they need to be replaced. It’s unacceptable..

It’s a bar. So the service reflects drinkers. We got our appetizer 10 min before the main meal. My order was wrong, not the waitress, but the back got my order wrong. No re-fills on tea. We waited 6 years, between visits, hoping the service got better. It didn’t. The food was just ok.

Wife and I really enjoy Smitty’s however Saturday evening we had pretty poor service. The server barely came around, did offer specials, refills, and even didn’t give us our ap. They weren’t very busy when we were there so didn’t understand why we would need to track down the server when we needed something. We will return just hope that night was an off night for them. However despite that the food and drinks were good.

Me and my gf decided to have a night out in kernersville and I’m kind of upset that we chose this place. The food was OKAY! our server Skylar was soooo amazing, however we did elect to sit outside because it was crowded inside and we did mention to our sever that it was chilly outside and if she could ask someone about a heating system outside, respectfully she was busy with other tables, so we decided to pull the cover down ourselves, just because it was a WINDY night, one of the servers came outside and basically was upset that we had touched the covering, before we had even finished our food, some dude came over there and pulled it back up after we had already mentioned being cold. We felt as if it was a slap in the face and they just wanted a reason to make us feel uncomfortable. Definitely will not be back customer service lacked!!
