I was excited to try this brand new location because I felt they for sure would be on point since they were new, but I was wrong! They completely messed up my order….they added all the wrong ingredients! I was unable to eat it and couldn’t go back to say anything because I was already back at work. So disappointed. And the chips were stale as well.

I decided to try this as a brand new restaurant in this area. I ordered online we got a burrito and a burrito bowl and I ordered a large cheese and chips. All this cost $38.

Took well over an hour to receive my order, multiple people who ordered AFTER us were demanding and rude to the service staff and got their orders prior to ours. For context our order was for 07:50 and we got it at 9:17 while others who had orders for 08:30 received their orders on time. On top of all of this they forgot to provide $16 worth of food, and by the time we realized we were home and the food was cold. The worst experience we have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Requested a refund for the items forgotten and still have not gotten it. Wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy.
