Came during lunch rush. Never have I been to a chipotle that was clean, fast, and had everything ready/available until today! This team works very well together and the line went by quickly. Also to mention that food was yummy! Based on other reviews below this might not be a regular occurrence try if you are hungry lol

Sunday @4:30…out of taco shells, out of forks, (couldn’t even eat my salad with a spoon!!) out of ice, out of paper towels in restrooms. Empty tables were dirty and they weren’t busy AT all when we got ther. Also and AS usual and not just this location…they hardly put any meat in your bowl!!! And when I ask “can you please add some more chicken” their response is “oh you want double chicken, that will be extra.” And I have said “no, I want what I pay for and my money’s worth, NOT a tlbs of chicken.”

I recently had an amazing experience with a Chipotle manager, Lorenzo! He was incredibly helpful and made sure that my order was perfect. I was really impressed by how friendly and attentive he was, and I could tell that he genuinely cared about making sure that I had a great experience at the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this Chipotle location to anyone looking for great customer service! He also had a bubbly aura and brightens my day everytime I come! If I could give zero stars I would. Thankfully, I am in the area for work and I don’t live here to ever have to go here again. The amount of racism I received from the Hispanic male behind the counter was outrageous. My coworker and I both got the same bowls but she paid $11 and I paid $19. She was white and I am not. Will never go here again. Sad.

Ordered online 3 times and they got it wrong all 3 times!! There is also a long blonde hair in my food that is clearly not mine, me and my boyfriend have dietary plans to follow and they ALWAYS mess it up.

I placed an online order at 7pm for pickup at 7:45. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. I saw many others waiting for their online order, which also wasn’t ready. At around 8pm, I started to get suspicious as no one waiting had gotten an order. I asked the cashier if she had received it… she checked her system and found that none of our orders had gone through. She then asked us to go wait in the back of a line that stretches around the entire room and place our order. The whole point of ordering 45 minutes ahead of time was to NOT wait in line. There were others who had even been waiting longer than me, and those same people ended up in line. When we got to the front to start ordering, it was pure chaos. The food station was in complete disarray, the man making the bowls was barely putting a serving of anything in them. Every food was cross-contaminated with another food, including some cups lying in the salsa. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a food place. This was only my second time coming to this location, but this is far and away the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Chipotle in my life.
