Man serving me was working hard to earn my business, unfortunately, I am losing interest in chili the older I get. I grew up in Cincinnati and have been lucky to have five different chili places over my many years. I would definitely go back, but I am no longer even a monthly customer. My taste have changed. No offense to the man serving me, it is really good, was nice and fresh and hot and I lot rock n roll music, I am just not a frequent enough customer anymore for chili.

The chili was decent for this location but not the best. Banana cream shakes were so good. The worker was just super weird and creepy and also stuck his fingers in my shake cup without any gloves to put whipped cream on and that just didn’t sit right with me ☹️

The food (coney cheese dog and gordito) was pretty good. The fries were very good. The portion sizes for those two items are small, so order more than one. The side of fries was large enough to share. The prices are decent. The service (surprisingly, they have table service) was excellent. My only concern is that overall, things just gave off a not too clean vibe. We were there on a Saturday, just after the typical lunch hour. Maybe they just hadn’t had the time to clean up the tables. I want to try their chile 3-way on my next visit (maybe during the dinner time).

I ordered a super 3-way and a double decker with no lettuce and tomato. The guy taking my order even confirmed my order correctly. I get home and seen that my sandwich has lettuce and tomato on it and that my 3-way is regular size. Not worth the $18 I spent.

Good location food has always been hot and fresh, they didn’t offer me crackers or hot sauce and I unfortunately forgot to ask. They were really busy with BOGO 3-ways that was probably the reason and took a little while to get my order but overall a good experience.
