I use to order Marcos all the time they were always good and hot with delivery. They were always so polite and thanked me for the tip just overall good service. But unfortunately with their new updated website I haven’t been able to put in an order on multiple occasions. I order Marcos for the food and service now I’m ordering at other places for convenience. I hope they fix it.

The absolute worse customer service! I originally called because I was placing an order online for delivery and it wouldn’t let me use my coupon. The person on the phone said that he could take my order online but it couldn’t be delivered because of so many orders and him only having one driver. I said I would call back because I had to see if my Husband would go pick the order up. I then called them back to place an order, then I was told that they were closed. I called at 10:56pm. The person who answered claimed that they close at 11pm, their website, Google, and their business door says 12am. I asked for the Managers information and was giving a first name. When asked for his last name, I was told that he couldn’t give out that information. I have never heard of that. When asked for the information of the person that was above the Manager, I was told the same thing again, that he couldn’t give me that information. Since when do businesses not give you information of a person higher up when asked?

Worse pizza ever. I can’t believe people say this pizza is ok. First off when I walked In with my 5 year old daughter she covers her nose because the building literally smelled like a portal potty. I was going to turn around but didn’t. I decided to give this place a chance but as you can see I’m writing a bad review instead of eating. My cheese literally looks like someone just threw it on it. Well, according to a MINOR that works AT THIS LOCATION stated they are scheduled to work nearly a 12 hour shift with NO BREAKS. Looks like a law suit will happen SOON if the owner AMAN doesnt check with RYAN (one of the MGRS) and the schedules they have placed. We shall see when the employee comes into work next shift. If they dont have a break, I WILL PHYSICALLY GO IN THE STORE AND ASK “WHY?” … Respectfully, do things legally or I will take all of your jobs.

When we ordered, it took 2 hours to get, they forgot our soda and chicken tenders, they came back almost another 40 minutes to bring our chicken tenders and still forgot our damn soda!!! Worst service ever!!!!

The order was done over the phone as our computer didn’t want to take any coupon code. However when we explained our problem to the young lady on the phone she told me flat out she couldn’t help us with it nor could she add out $10.00 email coupon as it was to also be done online, but was not working . I can say they were quick and very nice in the store but still couldn’t help us getting any of our discounts. Weight try one more time …as we do love your pizza .. but if the coupons and email can’t be taken over the phone she should have helped us get what we wanted as far as the meal deals as it wasn’t working at the time on the computer…
