This place isn’t bad. It’s dressed up like any other typical sandwich shop, only difference is that they have their own little ice cream/ dessert area in there that I have yet to try. I’ve eaten from here on three different occasions and all were good.

Completely let down and so disappointed, I don’t know what is going in this place tonight but I have been ordering the pilgrim Panini on a regular basis for over a year and a 1/2… Tonight I ordered delivery, my Sandwich was soggy wet, I tried to dry it out and crisp it up in my air fryer However the problem was that the stuffing is literally so wet, And it was so carelessly slopped together,I am Really so disappointed that the quality went from Highly recommendable and enjoyable too not even edible and I spent a lot of money to get it delivered..just to wind up in the trash. I would really like to know what is going on in somebody’s awareness to not see that a Sandwich is dripping wet then you cut it and wrap it up and send it out…I won’t ever be going back..DO better…

Broccoli cheddar soup was nasty and salty AF. Sandwiches are lacking in quality as well.. Not to mention, The guy that made my sandwich was not friendly, Smug look on his face and never smiled. Not a great experience. Overpriced too.

Can never go wrong with BB. There prices might be the same as there competitors BUT you definitely get a bigger portion for that price. The wife usually gets a salad which will be 3 servings for her. As for me I love “The Pilgrim” which is hard to finish. Excellent service!!

I love their Sandwiches If you want a quick bite to eat this is the place to go. They have all different kinds of Sandwiches you can make yourself or just pick something to eat. This place has drinks and snacks too. I love it ❤️

My wife and I ordered a Pastrami on Rye and a Corned Beef on Rye both Sandwiches fell very short of our expectations. On the Pastrami there were literally 2 pieces of meat just not enough for what we paid for. Also on my Sandwhich there was more bread than meat . We have been customers for a very long time and have come to expect much more than what we received. Unfortunately we will not be going back because we did not get the quality and quantity of food we have been accustomed.
