Don’t eat at chic fil A roebuck!! This was Friday May 26, 2023. I stopped by chic fil A and ordered a spicy grilled filet Cobb salad. I ordered around 3:30pm. I got the salad, tied the bag up and proceed to leave. Once I got to my destination, I opened the salad, poured the dressing on it and as you can see I was tearing this salad the H^|| up until I looked down to eat my last bite and I spotted this fella. When I called, the manager (name unknown, but she was a young caucasian female) told me that the bug must have slipped in as they were washing their lettuce for the day. No lie, there is an issue with this chic fil A every time I go there. Before this incident appx 1 month before, my husband and I both had hard pieces of plastic in our same salads. From poor customer service, long lines to the intersection of roebuck parkway and poor food quality, this was definitely my last time eating here!!

Seems like every time I go here. My order is missing food. A lot of teenagers are staffed here and it often seems that they’re just there hanging out.(Drive thru wise) But going inside seems a bit more effective if you want your order right.

The original chicken sandwich with extra pickles came out correctly and plenty hot, as did the delicious fries. They even remembered to include some mustard as I requested. Everyone was pleasant. My only -1 was the wait. Despite having dual drive-through lines with outside cashiers, the lines moved at a snail’s pace which was frustrating. I’ve seen longer dual lines at other CFAs move surprisingly fast. Would definitely stop here again, I just hope the kitchen picks up the pace a bit! 🙂

Every time I come here they mess my order up. After waiting for several minutes in the drive through today to get my food I look in the bag and notice it’s wrong. I go back inside to get it fixed. Well the manager apologized and gave me a refund but I realized again just now the order is still wrong. I HATE THIS LOCATION.

Slow, the person who took my order was annoying he kept making jokes. Pushy wanted me to try new items that I was not interested in. Won’t be back to this location if he’s working. Very unprofessional and annoying. FYI no need to wear a Mask anymore I had a hard time understanding him due to the dumb covid mask I read lips and unfortunately couldn’t. Waited 15min for our food
