Now called “The Inn.” It is very convenient to the Grand Magnusen hotel.

The food here was great. The smoked wings are awesome and the carrot cake (you get a MASSIVE piece) was very well received.

Great restaurant with good service. We had the poutine, the log splitter sandwich, and the carrot cake. Cody was our server and was nice and helpful:) This was our first taste of poutine and we really liked it!!

Exceptional food. Casual quaint restaurant. Pub grub selections… Burgers, wings, BBQ, fish tacos. Everything is made from scratch. We enjoyed the jalapeño poppers, BBQ brisket sandwich and a blueberry brisket sandwich with hand cut fries.

Awesome little place to get some grub! We were lucky enough to come when they had a fresh whitefish catch and some darn delicious Fish and chips. The French fries were awesome too. Loved playing their Pinball machine while we waited too!

Fast, friendly service. Food is all homemade, even their ketchup. Fish and chips were the special of the day. It was fresh whitefish from the lake. It was light and flaky and delicious. We got a huge slice of carrot cake to go.

Must eat here! This was an amazing place! We had Ltd to wait a little bit for our group of 10!, which was more than fair! They stayed open late to serve us, service was stellar, food was AMAZING. Do NOT pass on dessert, (recommend the carrot cake) Only down fall is it’s not closer to home!

Stoped here for dinner on our way back from a day trip. It was one of the few places to eat in town. Didn’t know what to expect. The interior is old log cabin like and has a great feel. Ordered the Log Splitter sandwich with fries. This sandwich is probably one of the best if not the best BBQ brisket sandwich I have ever had. I am a huge BBQ guy and this is a sandwich I would drive out of my way any time I’m up in the UP to get again. The fries where also great. For a small little place up in the UP the food is great and would suggest this restaurant to anyone who loves BBQ.
