On 8/18 I went to get dinner and went inside because the drive thru was PACKED. I had my order taken by a young gentleman named Alex. He had a badge stating he was in training and I must say he did a great job.

This location has two lanes but they will narrow the drive-thru down to one lane. I do not understand. Why have two lanes if you’re not going to utilize them? This location does not have the quick service that I have seen at other Chick-fil-A’s. I realize it’s a new location but it’s been long enough that it should be better by now.

Honestly love Chick-fil-As food but I am super disappointed to see they had someone outside in a cow costume in 95 degrees! It’s so hot and miserable out and I’m in shorts! Having a cow costume is super unnecessary and in this heat, not cute or fun. If you must have an employee wear a costume at least show them BASIC human respect by having them stand indoors where there is air. Shame on you.

I came here for lunch today and ordered the 3 piece spicy tenders meal. The tenders were full of bread and chewy chicken. I didn’t even eat because I was afraid I would get sick. I live in Statesville so I wanted to try the place out. I’m not sure about returning.

So yesterday we have a small bday at 4:30 pm and there was this lady working in the dining area and she was A M A Z I N G, she helped us, she was super kind, I mean she did our day better, It seems she is really happy doing her work and of course I’m sure she is a great person ! I just want to let you know that people like her is what makes you want to go to chick fill a ! Keep having great staff and please let her know she is doing an amazing work !

I entered the drive thru. The young lady greeted me, and I ordered my food. I can honestly say I was in line for a lengthy time. This was a first, I’ve never had to wait that long at other Chick-Fil-a’s, even at their busiest times. It might be because the workers were very young or not a seasoned as others workers. My sauces that I requested was not in my bag. I did glanced in the bag when I was handed the bag. I thought I saw my sauces in there, but it was actually the hash brown carton. The grilled chicken sandwich was sloppy. Cheese all over the inside of the wrapper and bun. It was definitely disappointing. I will return to Chick-Fil-a as I am fan of their food and great system. I just don’t think it will be this location. Or at least no time soon.
