I used to love this place. Years ago they had great food and good customer service but a few years back it has gotten worse and worse. Don’t even bother trying to call for an order because they are rude and WILL hang up on you. Never ordering from here again… couldn’t anyway since they just hang up on me every time I try to order!

The food used to be really good and would frequent weekly. Not anymore though, that guy who works there is ugly, nasty, and rude. He never knows what’s in their own menu and hangs up when you try to explain the number or name of item that is directly on the menu. They’ve lost my business, with so many other restaurants around they’re not worth it. Go somewhere where they actually provide good service.

The inside looks like something straight out of Central America. Ordered pupusas, nachos, and a sunken burrito. Everything was solid and the food had a grittiness that gave it a certain authenticity. It’s hard to find good El Salvadorean food in Bel Air.

Deliberately burnt my food (steak sunken burrito) for ordering 3 1/2 hours before they close. I also called in 3 times and was hung up on all 3 times by the same lady with the disgusting attitude. I’ve been going to this establishment for more than 12 years and will happily say, I’ll never touch foot in here again. This is NOT my first bad encounter but will be my last.

I called to place an order everything I asked for he said no we don’t have it I ask is there anything I can order and he told me no I told him I’m confused are you open ? And he ignored that question and eventually hung up. This is the second time this has happened to me. Only posting review because they’re my favorite place for enchiladas and I would like the owner to know this is happening.

I am shocked, i go to a lot of little Mexican food places like this and usually am impressed with the food, however this place has the worst food I’ve ever had, I could t even eat the tacos becsuse the meat was sour smelling and clearly off, looks like they use store bought tortillas and chips. The salsa was like pink water…. Please do not go here I should have checked the reviews first

Ordered the #29 – mixed burrito. Delicious. Delicious. Delicious. Tons of flavor. Rice was also wonderful and cheesy. Refried beans were a bit salty but I’m not a big refried bean person. Definitely will be coming again.
