When Marco’s first came around, we switched from Old Chicago and loved their pizza. However, it seems like it just keeps getting worse as time goes on. They are constantly changing their cheese randomly and the people making the pizzas are very inconsistent and don’t seem to care at all. Sometimes my pizza is overflowing with cheese and sauce to the point i can’t hardly eat it, next time I’m wondering if they forgot the sauce and the cheese. Crust quality is all over the place. I sent concerns directly to Marco’s only to never get a response or hear back. You be the judge and check out the pizzas I got tonight… barely any topping, cheese is missing on half of the pizza, barely any sauce plus they forgot the garlic parmesan crust.. disappointing because when it is made right, it is pretty good..

Marcos, the McDonalds of pizza. What an absolute shame it is that this location went downhill and the quality is garbage. The pizzas put out are horrible, it’s evident that young careless kids are making these and there’s no quality control whatsoever. We’ve now received multiple pizzas over the last few months that an owner of Marcos should be EMBARRASSED by. Done with this place, they truly don’t even care.

I used to go here at least once a month as the quality of the food is good, but on my last visit on August 22nd, I placed a pickup order over the phone, and I was charged twice for 1 medium pizza. After calling them back after realizing I was double charged to ask for a refund of the overcharged amount, they said they couldn’t do that and thus stole my money. I will update this review if things change in the future, but I do not recommend this specific Marcos pizza because of this.

I called in an ordera couple weeks ago , and when it came home, it was a completely wrong order. I called Marcos Pizza and spoke to the manager, Jasmin. She was nice and was good to give me a credit to replace the order for another time. I repeated what i wanted for next time. I waited a couple of weeks and decided to order from them again . Placed the order on the phone and when I arrived. THE PIZZAS WERE MADE WRONG AGAIN I just told them. Wrong pizzas again, and I made sure you got my order right on the phone . But they made the sane pizzas that they made wrong the first time. I will not order here again.

My go to pizza place. Great place for a small work gathering or bday celebration. They helped in my shock in awe of being told I am going to be a grandma for 5 th time. Found out the news as I opened the door to Marcos. Talk about a memory make. Thank you to all who held me together.

A lot of younger people work here, but they are all friendly, helpful, and outgoing. You can tell they truly enjoy their job. The pizza is great and certainly reasonably priced. My favorite item from this restaurant is the Greek salad! $7.00, and it is big enough to feed four and have leftovers! The ingredients are always fresh, no wilted lettuce or yucky onions! We always get delivery, which is prompt, and the order is never wrong.

Unfortunately I am giving up on this Marco’s location. My order has been either wrong or badly cooked the last four times. Once it showed up with the underside of the crust black/burnt and yet the dough wasn’t even cooked. I was told they were having oven problems and they sent me a new pizza, but it arrived the exact same way. More often than not they forget my crust toppers, and let’s face it, why even have a pizza if the crust isn’t loaded with garlic and parmesan? This time the crust was bare and my breadsticks were raw dough, see pic. I am giving 2 stars because they refunded me, but I’m done here.

Wow, I saw an employee call someone who brought in an incorrect order a n word. When he brought it to the girl at the counter’s attentions she said “I didn’t hear it” and “sorry I’m helping another guest” and then she threatened to call the police on him after she gave him his order. What the heck is wrong with the staff here? So rude and racist. A customer called the first guy the r word for getting upset over being called a n word and the same girl just shrugged when asked if she was going to do anything. Man, if that’s how they treat you when you’re order is wrong, I’m not going to order from here. Pass.

I used to be happy with Marcos pizza, the Quincy location, however this specific time was the worst of the worst. My order was not delivered and when my husband went to the store to pick up a new order he found out our order was sitting on my neighbors front porch very cold. I brought our original order home to find out we had a partial order and a very empty pizza box. The manger was less than helpful with a store full of unhappy customers. What has happened to the great Marcos you used to be? I won’t be ordering from you again, to bad Quincy location you lost a customer. Seriously an empty pizza box!

We are officially done with Marco’s. In the past our pizza delivery took forever and when it did arrive the pizza was lukewarm at best. Today, 03/19/2022 we decided to order subs and picked them up. The Italian sub hardly had any meat in it and had to add some when we got home just so wouldn’t feel like I was eating a toasted roll. The steak sub had a little bit more meat, but not much.
