Second time ordering from this location and having small baby ants inside our pizza! Has anyone else experienced this?! The last time they had us take the pizza back in with the ants and they replaced it with a new ant free pizza. I Just called to complain and asked to speak with the manager given this was the second time this has happened. Not to get a replacement this time but to get reimbursed. I spoke to the manager there who said her name was Elizabeth and asked to speak to her hirer up, the one who she answers to and she said she’s the store manager no one was higher than her there. I said well I will be reaching out to corporate do you have a store number I can reference for your location? She cut me off by saying okay that’s fine and hung up the phone. I called back to speak with her again and she apologized like she didn’t hang up intentionally and proceeded to be snotty and rude. Do not recommend going to this location unless you like the added protein of ants inside your pizza and rude unprofessional management.

Got charged when I paid and signed receipt $62.44. 4 days later when transaction posted onto my account it shows I paid $73.45? Not sure if they took it upon them selves to add a $11.01 tip at the end of the work day but already Called my bank for the overcharge.

Ive been coming here for the passed 6 years and last night was such an terrible experience. Put in my online order for delivery and got a text 20 minutes later that it was on its way. 75 mins later, no show. I called to check on it, and was told that it was delivered to the wrong house. The manager (Tyler) sounded either very uninterested or extremely high and barely did anything to help rectify the situation except to say that they can make another one and be out in 45 minutes or I could come in and pick it up and get a free pizza next time. Not this time, next time… No thank you. I ended up cancelling and getting a refund that you better believe I checked up on the following day to make sure it happened. I understand that times are tough for businesses and mistakes will be made, but this could have all been easily avoided if the service was better on the part of management. I was left with a terrible taste in my mouth that unfortunately wasn’t pizza…

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 415 for a 7pm delivery.. still not here at 720.. called and cancelled my order.. don’t think the driver is even on the way yet..also received horrible customer service from the girl that answered the phone.. Sharing the same sentiments as a lot of recent reviews. The quality of service here has gone way downhill here. Tonight I ordered 2 medium pizzas online, the site estimated 40 mins. Got the text saying our order is ready, go to pick it up, they can’t find our pizzas anywhere and have to remake them! Now I’m waiting for another 10+ minutes for them to remake them (yes I’m writing this as I wait), and while I’m writing this another customer comes in to see if her pizza is ready because it’s been over an hour, she didn’t receive any notification, and no one was answering the phone when she called to check on her order! Management has got to make a change or they will lose a lot of regular business! Done writing now, still waiting…
