Chris and the team at this location are amazing individuals who provide excellent customer service. I ordered wings yesterday and received a text from a second party delivery team that my order was delivered. The problem was my order was not delivered to me and my payment posted today. Tonight, I explained to Chris and his team that I believe it was delivered but to another unit number at the correct address. Tonight, Pizza Hut honored its commitment to me as a customer and corrected the situation 100%. Thank you to Chris and the great team at this location!

They canceled my order, laughed with the local truck delivery driver(in my face) and the truck stated that they were just talking about canceling my order. The order worker straight up laughed in my face and said he canceled my order but has 3 boxes of food for his self? All make it extremely hard to be a treated with a little respect, as a trucker we don’t get respected as is. Permanently Lost My Business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not order a pizza from the store on railroad in Chandler. Pizza was left in the walkway of the apartment complex and it definitely was dropped at some point. The flavor of the new Yorker was gross. Only thing that was good was the bread sticks. Ray Rd. Pizza Hut in Chandler. GROSS

It was okay. Usually I rate pizza hut 5 star. I got a pizza late at night, and it was dry, a bit overcooked and wasn’t hot when i got home which only took 10 minutes. When they remade it for me the crust still had none of that usual greasy pan pizza feel to it, and I asked for garlic flavor but saw or tasted nothing. The rest of the pizza was satisfactory though.

This was a free promotion pizza, done excellent.. their special base it very flavorsome, albeit a little salty for my personal taste.. Found this promotion online and enjoyed it.. Staff very friendly even though they knew it was a free pizza.. This was about a month or two into COVID pandemic, so they needed the promotion signalling people to start coming back to buying food and dining out..

Ordered from the Pizza hut store on Quadalupe. Ask for them to knock when delivered. Charged my credit card.. One hour later we looked out to find our pizza on the ground.. No receipt for a 32.00 pizza.. cold pizza. Half cooked crust. They never knocked. We had cash ready as its the holidays for the tip…..we called to combine, transfered 3 times and they kept hanging up or not answering.. never order from pizza hut folks.. or your food could be delivered in the dirt
