Order pizza ad wings at 11:30 am and was to be delivered by Pizza Hut through door dash. 1 pm and the order still had not picked up at the store. I called the store and they told me I needed to call the door dasher to see where she was. I called and no answer (Texas number). I called them back to let them know I got no answer and I ordered from them, not door dash and I canceled the order. First and last time ordering from here.

I ordered online, and they canceled my order due to not confirming it with me. Then they say because they couldn’t contact me, that’s why. they had my number and room # to the hotel I am staying at this is the 3rd, and last time, I will order from #pizzahut #Domino’s is faster and more reliable, hands down bye bye pizza hut I had called them an hour later to find that out.

I recommend getting pizza delivered from anywhere but here. Waited over an hour for pizza to be delivered to the LaQuinta hotel and when it finally got here it was warm…but totally undercooked, aka “RAW” see pictures. Spent $30 for a pizza and order of cheese sticks for 2 people and we could barely stand to eat 2 slices between the two of us. Very disappointed.

Messed up my order. They said they gave me a credit. Called to use my credit and was told there wasn’t any. Area coach has a nasty attitude. I will not be going there again and I advise everyone not to either.

Worst Pizza Hut location I have had the displeasure of experiencing in 40 years of my lifetime. Between being literally charged $30 for an order I never received, and being called to come pick up my order because they don’t have a driver (which happened at least 10 times), I would rate this business negative 5 stars if I could but it won’t let me go below 1.

The clerk welcomed me in the warmest, most genuine fashion! She was truly lovely. You could totally tell upon obversation of the crew in the kitchen that the entire team worked very efficiently together. I bet it’s excellent working for that location. My pizza took a bit longer than she originally quoted, but I noticed that there was a very large order ahead of mine, so that’s likely the reason (they were beginning to get rather busy when I arrived). And of course, as always, the pizza slapped. We tried the scrumptious “Edge” pizza with lots of pepperoni and bell peppers and it was fabulous. The crust was perfect, and there was a delightful addition of dried Italian herbs dusted over the whole thing! Pizza Hut’s pizza will forever have the most delicious pizza out of all the chains 🙂

I understand that this place is get a lot of BAD reviews. Now I understand why. I place my order for delivery at 2:30pm and never received my food, when I called MULTIPLE times, I kept getting the run around until I finally spoke to the manager to get my refund, which was three hours later. I wouldn’t recommend any food from this location to my worst enemy. Their customer service is terrible and after reading all these reviews, I know why. Pizza Hut is usually good t ok their customers but this particular location really sucks.
