I use the app to order my food. They are really quick. After you order your food will be ready in about 10 minutes or so. If I’ve ever had an issue, I usually talk politely with them and they correct it.

If I could give 0 stars I would ordered for delivery they said 45 mins to an hour went ahead and ordered after an hour called and they said no it’s 2 hours wait time. After the second hour we called order was no where to be found but I got charged twice for it. A couple of weeks later called for a pickup since my son loves the pasta when I go my order is supposed to be ready and they tell me they have been trying to call me because they are out of bacon. I had no missed calls and right after me they told the same to another customer she didn’t have calls from them either. Never buying again.

Very bad experience i ordered thru the app and once the order was ready I notified im here thru the app the timer started running and when it was about to be time they stopped the timer so i wouldn’t get the free pizza as mentioned in the app. I called the store and well it turned out my order was given to some other family. When they noticed they took the pizzas we ordered from the other family and gave it to another person before giving it to us. Keep in mind all this time we had the hazards on the other two vehicles didn’t. To top it off i called the store and told some guy that answered that it was past the 4 minutes double the time the app gives for pizzas to be delivered. He says yeah i know were working on it and literally hung up on me. Like what kind of customer service is that.
