Order placed through DoorDash, after >30 minutes waiting for delivery, driver texted no order found. Shortly received text from DoorDash stating the order was cancelled by Little Caesars, DoorDash would refund full refund (Little Caesar’s only refunding cost of food, not the tip or driver cost). Very pathetic service.

I will only say this. I will not go back there. They did not have gloves on their hands and no nets for their hair. The attitude was disgusting. I reached out to corporate and I got the normal lingo. “We will reach out to the Owner and District Manager and they will be in touch. That hasn’t happened. I’ve been doing business at this location since 2012. This is the end of the line.

I have given this place two chances and they have failed each time! The first time i submitted an online order, and when I got the notification that my pizza was ready, I went to pick it up and they never got my order! The second time I walked in and stood at the cash register for 5 minutes. Employees in the back playing! I had to open the door again so the bell would sound again! Employee looked at me and walked back to the back! They had absolutely not one single pizza ready to purchase then said they were out of pizza dough! If you can’t have pizza ready and your a “pizza” chain you need to not be open! I will never be back to any little Caesar’s again! They have lost my business.
