This the first that this has happened to me , the burrito was fine until I saw a dead fly in there , it instantly made me get disgusted since I was almost finished. You guys need to be more sanitized since it’s a food truck. I don’t recommend only because your food could have any type of insects and that’s big noo for me!!

Sooooo, this is the sort of place that I live for finding. This is a bit of Mexico in central Kansas. Uruapan is a city in western Mexico known for its carnitas, and I assume that these folks are from there. The food truck did not disappoint: the buche (carnitas) taco was excellent, as was one of cabeza. I tried the quesabirria, and it also was great. The food was spot on, and this will be high on my Wichita list in the future.

The food is good but the lady taking all of the orders doesn’t change her gloves. She handles money and credit cards and then starts to cook with the same gloves. I’m sure she just needs to be a little more educated on hygiene and she’ll start changing them.
