This business is unprofessional and I try hard to give a business more than one chance but this business is out of there for me! I went in on a Wednesday around 7:40 and was asked if I had a call in order because they close at 8:00 but stop taking orders at 7:30 I was like ok that’s fine. Fast forward to Friday I call in around 6:15 to make a call in order and was told that I would have to come in and pay first before my order can be placed.

The office ordered takeout and upon receipt of my meal, I noticed a roach in my tray. The owner was immediately notified and they had the audacity to try and blame ME for the roach. I am deathly afraid of roaches so you can imagine my horror. The owner told my coworker to come back anytime but NOT her friend. Imagine that. The food may have been good but the customer service shown was lacking and no ownership of the issue taken. ROACHES will always be a no go for me.

First visit ever. This place needs a serious cleaning. GROSS! The gyro meat was weird, and the sauce didn’t have much flavor . The food was at least warm. Hope the other locations aren’t like this one. Now I understand why they don’t want pictures or videos from inside this location. Where are the inspectors?
