This place was great and I live right around the corner from here. The food is good, the service is good, it might only be the owner during the week so it will be service a la carte if he gets busy. However, he does a great job. Most importantly, he knows how important it is to have crispy bacon. Also if you go here expect a little more of a personal feel. For me it was five Stars. FYI Hours are 8 to 2 and prices are more than reasonable. Especially with inflation, etc. We’ll be regulars from here on out.

After living in the area for almost five years, I decided to try this place for the first time. I ordered eggs and bacon for breakfast. The eggs were overcooked and the bacon was mostly burnt. The menu had nothing special, although they did have lunch specials posted on a board on the wall.

I know I know Muhammad or Moe as we affectionately call him he’s been in the business about 20 years working for a diners in Edison the Edison Diner up by Middlesex by parsonage Road he’s been at the Seville Diner he bought it on this place now very good person dinners are always good sandwiches breakfast is always good he can sit about maybe 30 people in a place tops it’s a small little lunch in that type of Diner but it’s his breakfast is about $9 his sandwiches run anywhere from 8 to 14 dollars and his dinners they run anywhere from 12 to 1819 all of them that was very good the man knows how to cook very friendly attitude he makes everything fresh you want potato salad he makes it fresh to order you know and then hands it to you he doesn’t have anything pre-made and he does everything to order as you as you order it nice place good atmosphere very clean food prices are good and the food is always tasty I would recommend it to anybody who has the time in that area of Spotswood to stop in you would like it it’s a good place to hang out of your morning coffee your afternoon coffee lunch or early dinner he’s in at 6:00 a.m. but he’s closed by 5:00 at night because he’s in the middle of a neighborhood he doesn’t get a lot of traffic like if you were in the mall but he is there and he’s good and his food is tasty and you would enjoy it

I was only in and out quickly for a sandwich and a soda, but I was already imagining what it would be like to have such a nice diner like this place down the block from me on Long Island. The prices were very very reasonable and the Chef took care of me himself, everything was quick, clean and delicious.

Has gotten a bit more expensive, but this quaint “hole-in-the-wall” diner has hearty and tasty breakfast food. The owner is hospitable and does it all, as he is the main cook, and he also serves (on slower days). The ladies we have seen serve on some days are very sweet and professional. This place has a homey local feel and the Irish Benedict with bacon is my “go-to”. Its flavorful diner food with good portions.

Just had breakfast. The food was so delicious.Had kielbasa with poached eggs, hollandaise sauce on toasted croissant, nice crispy potatoes and a side order of Corned beef hash!!! Will definitely be coming back. Can’t wait to try the dinners!!! Highly recommend this place!!

My daughter always goes here and recommended it. My husband said it was THE BEST eggs Benedict he has ever had! I had an omelette that was very good as well and the sausage is delicious. The owner is very attentive and does it all (takes your order, cooks, and serves you) very efficiently. We’ve only had the breakfast so far.
