My husband and I stopped there today while traveling. Yummy and filling food! The chicken in my burrito was super tender. Also we had some of their strawberry rhubarb pie, delicious ! So glad we found this place.

Ate here a couple times while traveling for work. Pretty good value for the food. There’s not a whole lot of choice when it comes to places to eat in Gregory, SD. Oddly, every mom and pop shop restaurant has Mexican on their menu… this being no exception. The American food items are all really good. I did get this burrito which was good but the meat misses the Mexican food mark. It tastes more like shredded roast beef. The enchilada sauce does hit the mark.

This is the best little restaurant and Food is always amazing! Don’t go by Nicole Francis review if you are reading reviews (Some people are just rude and it wasn’t the waitresses in this case)If you want good home cooked meal this is your place! 10 stars in my book

An outstanding authentic mexican style breakfast. Loved every bite! Sauces made from scratch! Blueberry French toast with fluffy pancakes are insanely delicious and quite addictive! Wonderful family atmosphere; staff always have smiles on their faces!

Wonderful atmosphere, great staff, and excellent food. We stop there every chance we get. Everyone should stop at the place where nicolle francis had the worst experience of her life.

Incredibly rude staff with an absolute awful smell. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want a “hills have eyes” experience. Glad to say we left before ordering and made it out alive.

Our party is six walked in the door about 45 minutes before closing. I felt really bad for doing that, but there weren’t really many other places open at the moment and we were all very hungry. Regardless of that though, the employees were extremely friendly, the food came out hot and quickly, and very plentiful! I didn’t know what to expect as we had never been here before, but I have to say this is definitely a place I will go back to. I got the special which ran me just a hair over $11 with tax. I find that price absolutely reasonable, and the amount of food I got definitely made the price fit. If you happen to be in Gregory, I highly recommend stopping by Sissy’s Cafe and grabbing a bite.

We had a fairly large group (6 adults and 4 kids), but we were seated promptly. Our table was quickly visited by our server and she took our orders. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu,, but did not understand a gluten free diet, well. Our food came very quickly, was hot, and the plating was appealing. The kids meals came with a side and a drink for $5. They easily accommodated my request to split a kids meal for my twin toddlers. The serving size for all of the meals was generous. Half of our party had burgers and fries and half of us ordered authentic Mexican meals. My enchiladas were delicious! I highly recommend stopping at Sissy’s!!
