The service was the worst ever. They don’t know how to communicate. I order at 3:39 they said it would be here at 4:30 it wasn’t. So I called to see how long it’s going to take. They it would be here at 5pm it wasn’t. And he said they had no mushrooms. We finally got it at 5:45. And to make it worse my son asked to get it for Father’s Day. It would be a long time before I order from y’all again.

I have ordered from this Pappa John’s four different times. And each time they have sent me food that looks like this. The knots for one come with a pizza sauce for dipping. As you can see no sauce. They are also burnt and dry. I asked for Chicago Cut, which is square cut, again as you can see those are slices.

I called in my order while I was in the parking lot and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. So I waited in the car with my son, who the pizza was for. 20 minutes after I called in my order i go in to pay. The gentleman at the register says ” I’m about to throw it in now.” I thought he was joking but no. He claimed its because he is the only one working which is completely unacceptable. I live in San Antonio and came to Kerrville to drop off my son and he asked for some pizza. It took an extra 10-15 minutes more To make the pizza. He did get it out as fast as he could but it still was bad service from the wait to the lack of personal. You need to do better as a business.

Pizza tasted alright. Crust was squishy, and toppings were put on sloppily.

This was a terrible experience, the driver wouldn’t bring the pizza to my room…for whatever reason…no contact…I had to go to the hotel lobby to get it. The pizza should’ve been a pepperoni/mushroom with extra cheese, it is terrible, told the driver I won’t be ordering from them again and mean it! The pizza was not good either, had to trash it

I normally find an Italian place for pizza because chain pizza is really bad, the Hut, dominos, the Caesar yuck!. First time at Papa John’s. I got the 14″ works with mozzarella stuffed crust and liked the pizza. First,(the dough is like a canvas for a painting) so I asked them about their pizza dough and found its slow pruffed for two days the same way good pizza shops make theirs. Second, the ingredients tasted very fresh and the mozzarella cheese tasted real and a good amount too, Third, they use real Italian pizza ovens not convayor belt fake pizza ovens. I also got mozzarella stuffed crust first time an it was really good especially with their garlic dipping sauce. All in all a very good pizza. This Papa John’s opened just recently, the other one is across the Guadalupe from about where the VA Hospital is.
