I really enjoyed the experience; the atmosphere was welcomed and the facility was nice and clean. The food was great and tasted wonderful, I have no complaints on this. My only concern I had was the prices being a little high. The drinks are $3.25 which is what I pay if I was going to Bonefish Grill or Chesapeakes and the side of bread was $6 and again I’d expect to pay that at a more expensive restaurant. I would put the bread at $3.50 or give more pieces instead of 5 little pieces and the drinks at $1.99. But outside of that it was very good I just can’t justify $13 for two drinks and a side of bread. The service was great, in a timely manner with professionalism and welcomed attitude. I felt valued and attentive when placing my order and the employee asked if I had their app so, I downloaded it and was able to get a discount which I was very pleased.

Soso food had flavor but my Japanese noodle dish was undercooked spouse Korean noodle dish was better than mine. As for restaurant several cushions were torn ac ducts were full off black dust or mold and on some celing piping..

The food was fine but the dining area was disgusting. Tables literally sipping wet after being wiped down. There is just a ton of dust and grime all over the place. Worst part was The men’s bathroom was so incredibly hot, smelled like burnt urine and was not usable. I try to be fair but we won’t be back.

Used to be my go to for lunch every day and one of my favorite places to eat. It’s so hit or miss anymore it’s not worth the gamble. Sometimes the food is fresh and piping hot, and other times you can tell the veggies/noodles have been sitting out for a while. The prices are so high that if you want a regular sized bowl WITH some kind of protein in it, it’s going to be at least $12-13 not including drinks or sides. The staff are always very kind so I almost hate leaving a poor review, but the prices are not their fault. I just wish that for that price, I could have more consistent quality.

I do enjoy going here for lunch with my fiance on lunch break. They used to have a cauliflower gnocchi with garlic cream sauce that was very good! I have also tried the tortellini pastas, the Mac and cheese, which I think is alright, but I think they could spice it up a little, and the ceasar salad. Again, all good of them I wouldn’t mind eating a second time. It’s good for a quick lunch. In the pictures I ordered the Zucchini Roasted Garlic Cream with Parmesean crusted chicken and my fiance ordered the BBQ Chicken Mac with crumbled jalapeño crisps on top, and the Korean BBQ Meatballs are amazing! I’d recommend!

The guys working are very nice, specifically the cashier was professional and friendly. Really can’t complain about the food—it’s delicious. The zucchini noodles are cooked perfectly. Price is high but it’s always been high so nothing new there.

Our whole family loves Noodles. I was so excited when they opened one in Knoxville as I had discovered it in RVA about 13 years ago. It’s quick, delicious and reasonably priced. It is more expensive now that my kids can eat an entire meal (my older daughter can eat a full adult meal now) themselves. It was super nice when I could just get them a side of Mac & cheese. Much cheaper! Haha. It used to be $1.50 for a side so it was only $3 to feed both my kids. Then they grew up just like kids do.

It was my first time trying this restaurant out. I order chicken I was given shrimp, which I’m allergic too. I’m a truck driver so I pick up food and when on break. I can’t move until my layover is over. Then I will not be in area. I call manager, she act like it was a joke. I try calling corporate, they’re number is not connecting. First and last time. Very unhappy first time guest.

Logan is the best! He helped us customize the best bowls for us and made excellent recommendations. He was so kind & patient. We will be back because of his service, the noodles & fruity pebble rice krispie treat.
