Very disappointing experience. I’ve always been a big advocate for Moes. I’ve been eating at this location since the mid 2000s but this location has really gone down hill. The quality of the food most of all. I ordered the other day my normal Steak Burrito order and they were completely out of tomatoes and grilled mushrooms and didn’t offer to get any more. Then when I started eating my Burrito and my wife her Quesadilla the meat seemed off. The “steak” had the texture of boiled clumpy beef like substance. I’m not sure what it was but is had no grain or texture. My wife and I both ended up throwing the meal away, we got it to go but if it had been in store I would have taken it back up to the workers.

I haven’t been to Moe’s in years.Prices have really jumped up and they got rid of my favorite menu item. Their guacamole is just mashed avocado. They’ve reduced they’re cold veggie section for what you can put in your burrito or salad. Was not entirely impressed.

No one said “welcome to Moe’s”, lady making the food was complaining about working and being shift leader. Got steak tacos and the steak was cold, queso was out in cup for nachos and it was 2 spoon fulls. Didn’t even cover the nachos that I purchased. Ugh!!!

I enjoy eating here but I don’t understand why when u order a bowl of queso and chips that u only get a little bit of chips with all this cheese. If I ordered a cup then the amount of chips would add up. If a customer is paying there money they should get what they pay for. Being skimpy with the chips is unacceptable.
