I really, really, really wanted to love this place. I still do. The building and atmosphere were perfect. I hope they will move forward with constructive criticism. My BLT was great. However, one person in our party didn’t eat what they ordered and there was no response from management. I really want them to be my ‘go to’ place for lunch, trivia, and I even want to join the bookclub, but they need to serve fresh food, especially fish. (I think the drinks could have been a bit cheaper for special event nights). The trivia night was a bit chaotic. The woman worked really hard to pull it off. All the people who worked there were great and friendly. I really would love it if they concentrated on a few fresh signature items that leave you wanting more. I certainly am hoping for a clear reason to return.

Best service, Best Food; Marsala Penne Pasta w/Grilled Chicken, Coconut Srimp w Pina Colada Sauce, and Apple Bourbon Dessert w Ice Cream. Delicious Their Blue Hawaiian Drink is my Favorite. Love this place.

Our appetizer was homemade pork rinds & homemade pimento cheese to dip them in, hands down the best I’ve ever had in my life…. The homemade Mac & cheese is exceptional. The pulled pork & their homemade bbq sauce is great as well. The servers were super friendly & very sweet, the bar tender was super sweet & friendly we told her to suprise us with a couple drinks, she ask us each a few questions about what we liked & served my husband & I both the perfect drinks to go with our meals she definitely knows her stuff , the cooks were very nice & accommodating as well. The jukebox is just an awesome addition to the all-around AMAZING atmosphere. It’s one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve been in, which is a huge plus as well. It’s definitely a place we will visit every time we’re in Loudon County.

We had lunch here yesterday. The atmosphere is great. We ate on the patio, it was cold inside for me but that doesn’t say much. I’m always cold! Our waitress was really nice. I had the chicken tenders. They were good but nothing special.

Awful nothing was good, the service was pitiful there were 4 of us we got 3 different items non of it was good. Krystal’s would have been better. The fish was definitely frozen the mashed potatoes were days old the salad had probably 6 pieces of lettuce the seafood pasta had 0 seafood in it the bread we asked for for light bread toasted. The music was wonderful though. Our meal for 4 people was $95 worst service and food ever.

Best fluffy biscuits I have had that I didn’t have to make myself. That Firehouse breakfast is no joke. Tasted fantastic and I’m stuffed. Our server Heidi is a gem. The hospitality was great. We will be back!

Go for the food but don’t expect much from the service. We waited 40 minutes for appetizers with food coming out within 5 mins. No silverware until we asked. Never got napkins. Good luck on getting a refill on your drink. Let one of my husband’s sides off his plate.. never saw it. Pretty disappointed. We were excited to try this restaurant but will not be back. Will say the food was delicious..once we got it.
