7/29/2023 – Our family, a party of 10, arrived for dinner at 4 PM. We were seated pretty quickly by a very nice hostess. We were surprised by how busy TRH is at 4 PM. Our service/server was outstanding, very efficient and friendly. The food was excellent, k-bobs and medallions mostly. Thank you very much for a very pleasant and delicious dinner!

Very good service. Always packed but we were still able to get a table for 8. Bread with cinnamon butter to die for. The steaks were cooked right and tasted great. Only downside was they had very loud music and made it hard to converse.

Eating inside T.R. has always been a great experience. Getting take-out for the first time wasn’t as positive. The order went 20 minutes past the estimated time and it was only 2 orders of fried pickles and 24 rolls. The pickles were soggy since they had clearly been sitting for awhile. Plus they didn’t fill the container with pickles like you would receive on your plate dining in. No place is perfect but better communication by text would have been helpful regarding the status of our order.

Very nice staff friendly and helpful!!!! We had a new server and was very good!! 6oz filet was extremely tender!! It was odd but very nice to see that when the table was being cleaned they even dusted the over head lights!! Kudos !!

Staff was nice and attentive. The warm bread was very delicious and so was the drink but the entree wasn’t not flavorful at all. Some bell peppers and some other fresh seasoning and herbs would’ve been a plus to the dishes.

Sign said they were closing early however went in 30 minutes before quickly ordered food, salads and drinks. They were happy to take us for a full dinner service as we were there with plenty of time in advance. The server came back to see if we would like another beer from the bar (we had one only) and we decided on one more to go with our dinner. The Sever came back after 30 minutes and no food yet, then said no more drinks- order water or soda- “sorry I had to tell you, my manager was supposed to come over”. Server was nice and professional. Manager came over and didn’t have a care in the world. We never got our food and just paid for the drinks and left. This is what you get with a chain restaurant where you are just meat for the seat! Really disappointed as we are occasionally customers and we’re there two weeks ago for our daughter’s birthday. They told us 45 minute wait and it took two hours to get seated. I would say they have serious management problems. We went to Logan’s and they immediately got us in and we had a great full service dinner with no issues.

When we got there a huge storm hit and they lost power. Obviously they couldn’t take or make any orders. They offered to let us leave without paying for our drinks but we opted to wait it out. The staff were extremely friendly and kept checking on us. Our food came out pretty quickly once the power was back up and was delicious.
